• Each individual may open a maximum of one account.
• If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, verification may be required.
• Always keep your password confidential — never share it with anyone.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.

Betsmgm strictly enforces an 18+ policy. At registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. betsmgm may request age and identity verification at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to provide any one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — scanned copy or photo of both sides.
• A copy of the first page of your passport.
• Driving license.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete. betsmgm collects this information solely to meet legal obligations.

Betsmgm accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payments must be made from a method registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.

• Standard withdrawal processing takes 24–48 hours.
• Priority processing for VIP members — typically 6–12 hours.

Betsmgm is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Exploiting or manipulating the bonus system.
• Involvement in match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using or managing another person's account.
• Use of bots or automated software.
• Deposits from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.

Betsmgm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious transactions or activity.
• Registering with false information.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).
• Voluntary request by the member.

If an account is terminated and no fraudulent activity is found, any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded. Bonus funds are non-refundable.
